By using the RGB.ir website or placing an order for our services, you acknowledge that you've read and agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please raise it with us before we begin working together.

2. Definitions

• "We" / "RGB": RGB.ir, a web services provider.
• "You" / "Client": the person or business using our services or website.
• "Services": website design, SEO, speed optimization, security, graphic design, and related services.

3. Placing an Order & Contracts

Our collaboration process typically works like this:

• An initial consultation and needs assessment (free and with no obligation).
• A transparent quote outlining the scope of work, timeline, and cost.
• A written contract signed once both parties agree, marking the official start of the project.

No project begins without a clear agreement on scope of work; this transparency prevents misunderstandings later on.

4. Client Responsibilities

Achieving the best result requires your cooperation. We expect you to:

• Provide the team with necessary information, content, and access in a timely manner.
• Give feedback within the agreed timeframe so the project schedule is maintained.
• Ensure the legality of any content and assets you provide us (text, images, logos).

Delays in any of these may affect the project's delivery timeline.

5. Payment & Pricing

The amount, milestones, and payment terms for each project are specified in its quote and contract. Projects typically begin with a deposit, with the remaining amount settled according to agreed-upon milestones. Details regarding refunds and cancellation are on our Guarantee & Refund page.

6. Intellectual Property

Once the project cost is paid in full, ownership of the final product (code, source files, and designed assets) transfers to you. Until payment is settled in full, economic rights to the work remain with RGB.

We reserve the right to use completed projects (unless otherwise agreed) as portfolio examples. Our underlying tools, methods, and technical know-how remain the property of RGB.

7. Service Guarantee & Limitation of Liability

We're committed to delivering services to the highest professional standard. That said, we honestly emphasize:

• In SEO, there is no guarantee of reaching a specific rank (e.g. a "guaranteed #1"), since Google rank also depends on external factors, competition, and time. Anyone who makes such a guarantee either doesn't understand Google or isn't being honest.
• We commit to doing the most principled and effective work possible, and to reporting results transparently.
• Our liability is limited to the scope of services agreed upon in the contract and doesn't extend to indirect damages.

8. Cancellation & Termination of Collaboration

Either party may terminate the collaboration according to the terms set out in the contract. The exact terms of cancellation, settlement, and refunds are explained on our Guarantee, Support & Refund page.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and any related contract are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In the event of a dispute, we first attempt to resolve the matter through direct, fair dialogue; failing that, the matter will be referred to the competent legal authorities.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms over time. The version in effect is the one published on this page with its stated update date.
