Buy and Sell Websites and Online Businesses
No site has been listed for transfer yet. Read the guide below the list; it is worth reading whether you are buying or selling.
There is nothing listed in this section yet.
Ready-made templates are not sold here
We say this first because it is where the biggest misunderstanding sits. Search for a ready-made site and what comes up is template and script shops: a file you install and then start from zero. What changes hands in this section is a business that is already running, with a domain, content, traffic and customers. If you want a template you will not find one here, and if you want a new site, web design is what we do.
Three things to look at before you pay
The revenue and traffic figures in a listing are the seller word and we do not verify them. What actually means something is live access to Google Analytics and Search Console, not a screenshot. A screenshot can be made; sitting at that account and changing the date filter yourself cannot.
Second, where the traffic comes from. A site that gets eighty percent of its visits from one keyword is one algorithm update away from halving its revenue. Search Console shows you that in two minutes. Third, an exact list of what transfers: the domain, the content, an Instagram page, an email list and a supplier contract each have to be written down separately, or they become an argument after the deal.
A limit you should know about
We do not estimate what a site is worth and we add no number of our own to a listing. The only thing we put next to it is the prices of comparable listings in this same market. For a site, even that says less than it does for a domain, because two sites with the same visit count can differ enormously in the quality of that traffic.
After buying, the first two jobs are usually the same: move it to your own hosting and close the doors that are open. We have written migrating a WordPress site to new hosting step by step, and website security is work we do ourselves.
