1. Why We Have an Editorial Policy

The internet is full of copied, superficial, or even inaccurate content. We believe that in fields like SEO, security, and site speed, where a wrong decision can cost a business real money, content needs to be held to a higher standard. This policy is our commitment to that standard.

2. Who Writes Our Content

Our educational content is written by specialists who actually do this work on real projects, not generic writers unconnected to the subject. Real field experience is the core difference in our content. You can see our authors and their expertise on the RGB Team page.

3. Production & Fact-Checking Process

Every article goes through this process before publication:

  • Research: the topic is reviewed based on real user needs and credible sources.
  • Expert writing: content is written based on hands-on experience and technical knowledge, not rewritten from other sources.
  • Fact-checking: data, figures, and technical claims are reviewed before publication and cross-checked against sources when necessary.
  • Final review: before publishing, content is checked for accuracy, readability, and usefulness to the reader.

4. Sources & Citations

Whenever we cite external data, statistics, or a standard, we aim to reference a credible, primary source (such as Google's official documentation or well-known industry tools). If something is our own expert opinion, we present it as a viewpoint or experience, not as an absolute fact.

5. Updating Older Content

The web changes fast; what was true last year may be outdated this year. We periodically review key content and update it as needed, so the information you read stays valid. Each article's publish and update dates are shown transparently.

6. Correction Policy

We make mistakes too. If you spot an error in our content or find outdated information, we'd be glad to hear about it. We correct genuine errors without stubbornness and as quickly as possible, because our content's credibility matters more to us than "looking right."

7. Editorial Independence & Advertising Disclosure

Honestly: RGB is a business, and in our articles, we sometimes mention our own services (like website design or SEO). But these mentions follow these principles:

  • Our technical recommendations are honest, even when they don't favor our own sales; if a free or simpler solution exists, we don't hide it.
  • Our educational content isn't written for hard selling; the primary goal is genuinely helping the reader.
  • Our content currently doesn't include third-party affiliate links or paid sponsored placements. If sponsored or paid content is ever published in the future, we'll disclose it to you clearly and honestly.

8. Use of AI

We use AI tools to help with research, brainstorming, or editing, but no content is published without review and approval by a human specialist. Responsibility for the accuracy, experience, and final judgment of every piece rests with its human author, not a machine.

9. Your Feedback

If you have a suggestion, criticism, or correction about our content, share it with us through our contact page or email hparto73@gmail.com. Your feedback helps make our content better.
