How long does it take to get a response?
Form and WhatsApp messages get a response the same business day, usually within a few hours. Phone calls during business hours get answered immediately; if we're busy, we'll call you back by the end of that same day.
Is the consultation really free? Does it create any obligation?
Yes, completely free and no obligation. In the first session we just listen, analyze your situation, and offer a proposed roadmap. If we determine a service isn't in your interest, we say so honestly, even if it costs us the sale.
What information should I prepare to start a project?
Just knowing what problem you have is enough; we'll figure out the rest together. If you have them: your current site's address, examples of sites you like, and a rough budget, these three make the first session far more effective.
Is a formal contract signed?
