Guarantee, Support & Refunds
A professional team should stand behind its work. This page spells out exactly what we guarantee, how post-delivery support works, and what happens to your money if a project is cancelled. Being transparent about this is a sign of confidence in our own quality.
- Quality guarantee
- Real support
- Transparent cancellation terms

1. Our Philosophy: Fair to Both Sides
Refund policies shouldn't be traps. Our goal is to protect the team's work while fully respecting your rights as a client. That's why we've written these terms to be clear and fair; if you're ever unsure about something, ask us before you start.
The exact basis for every project is that project's signed contract; this page explains the general principles behind those contracts.
2. Service Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specifically:
- Website design: your site is delivered matching the contract's scope of work and free of defects; bugs and technical issues related to our work are fixed free of charge during the support period.
- Speed and security: results are measured before and after with credible, verifiable tools (like PageSpeed and security scans), so the improvement is transparent and provable.
- SEO: we guarantee principled methods that align with Google's guidelines; but as we honestly state in our Terms, no honest team guarantees a specific numeric rank. What we do guarantee is the quality and transparency of the work.
3. Post-Delivery Support
Our work doesn't end at delivery. Every project comes with a support period during which fixes for issues related to our work are handled free of charge. The exact duration and scope of this support is specified in each project's contract, and support can be extended after it ends.
4. Project Cancellation Terms
Any project may be stopped for one reason or another. Our principles in that case:
- Cancellation before work begins: if you decide to withdraw before actual work has started, the deposit is refundable after deducting any costs already incurred (such as needs assessment or third-party purchases).
- Cancellation after work begins: if a project is stopped midway, the cost of completed portions is calculated and settled, and the amount corresponding to unfinished work is refunded.
- Cancellation on our part: if for any reason we can't continue a project, we refund the full cost of the unfinished portion.
5. Refunds
Refunds are based on the amount of work completed, not simply on time elapsed. Since a large share of a web project's value (research, initial design, coding) is produced from the very first days, the deposit typically corresponds to work that begins immediately.
Refund requests are reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis, and the outcome, along with a detailed breakdown, is communicated to you transparently. The exact payment timeline is specified in the contract.
6. Recurring Services (SEO & Security)
Some services, like SEO and security monitoring, are delivered on a recurring basis. In these cases:
- You can give advance notice that you won't be renewing the next period.
- The fee for the current period, whose service is actively being delivered, isn't refundable, since that month's work is already underway.
- Reports and results from previous periods remain yours.
7. What Isn't Covered by Refunds or Guarantees
- Third-party costs (domain, hosting, commercial plugins or themes, cloud services).
- Changes outside the project's agreed scope (new requests after scope approval).
- Damage caused by changes made by the client themselves or other parties after delivery.
- Delays or stoppages caused by lack of cooperation or failure to provide content and access on time.
8. How to Make a Request
For any request related to guarantees, support, cancellation, or refunds, just send us a message through our contact page or email hparto73@gmail.com. We respond the same business day and review your request fairly.
