Monetisation is the number that matters most here

Subscribers are the headline of the listing, but the income depends on monetisation. That is why the form asks for the monetisation status and the watch hours over the last twelve months separately, with three states: on, eligible but switched off, and not there yet. Those three are three completely different prices, and a listing that gives only a subscriber count has given you roughly half the information.

Something plenty of people work out too late

Monetisation is not attached to the channel; it is tied to the account behind it. Changing the ownership of a channel can put its earning status back under review, and that decision belongs to YouTube, not to the seller and not to us. Before you pay, read the current YouTube terms and do not assume that because it is on today, it stays on the day after the transfer.

An old channel is not automatically a better one

The age of a channel is worth something when there is real watch time behind it. A channel that got a few big videos three years ago and has been quiet ever since usually has neither enough watch hours for monetisation nor an audience that comes back. Ask for the watch hours over the last twelve months, not the lifetime figure. Look at the stats live, as in every section of this market; we verify none of these numbers.

A common mistake when posting is putting the channel in the wrong section. If what you are selling is a Telegram channel or an Instagram page, each has its own section and its own fields. To build content for a channel you have bought, content writing is what we do.
