Lyria 3 Pro is Google music model on the Gemini API, and a full song bills at eight cents, not by tokens and not by monthly subscription. It sits fifth on the instrumental board and eighth on the vocals one, which says it does better under picture than out front.

The specification, as Google writes it
The model id is lyria-3-pro-preview. Length is steered by the prompt and the documentation gives a phrase rather than a number, a couple of minutes; the Clip model in the same family gives exactly thirty seconds and bills four cents. Output is 44.1 kHz stereo, mp3 by default, with WAV available on the Pro model. It writes the lyrics too, in the language of your prompt.
Two constraints are stated outright: generation is single turn and iterative editing across prompts is not supported; and the filters block prompts that ask for a specific artist voice or for copyrighted lyrics. Every output carries a SynthID audio watermark which Google describes as imperceptible to the human ear.
What eight cents means
It means cost scales with the number of songs, not with minutes and not with tokens. A hundred songs is eight dollars. For comparison: Eleven Music charges 900 credits a minute, which on the $6 plan works out at about 33 minutes a month, while Suno and Flow Music meter you by subscription. This is the one number in the category tied directly to the unit of work.
How it differs from Flow Music
Flow Music is Google consumer product and its home page says the model is Lyria 3.5. There is no Lyria 3.5 anywhere in Google API documentation and no row of that name on any board. So the figures on this page belong to this model and not to that product, and we have not handed them over.
In practice they are two different routes: this one is called from an API and its user is a developer; the other has an interface, a library and video, and its user is somebody who wants to make a song.
From Iran
Iran is not on the list of regions where the Gemini API is available, and we read that on Google own page. There is no free tier here to soften it either: the pricing page marks both Lyria rows as not available in the free column.
Using it from Iran
This column carries a date and says how it was checked, because most listicles guess it. Where we have only read a vendor policy page, the note below says exactly that.

Our take
If you are writing software that has to produce music, this has the cleanest pricing in the category and the arithmetic is trivial. If you are a person who wants to sit down and write a song, this model is not your tool and the products are.
