Why this page exists
Because "who makes Kling" is a question people actually ask. Kuaishou is a Chinese company whose business is a short-video app, and inside China it is the direct rival to Douyin, the Chinese version of TikTok. Kling is that company AI product. This page does not replace the Kling page; there we write about the product, here about the company.
Something you only find by reading their own table
The official VIDEO 3.0 guide carries a comparison table against VIDEO 2.6, and the row for "Multilingual Support (Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish)" is marked absent for 2.6 and present for 3.0. So those five languages are a new capability of version 3.0, and until February 2026 there was no language list at all.
For a Persian reader that means two things. First, Persian is not among the five, so Persian video with native speech does not come out of Kling and needs a separate voice step. Second, the list is new and short, and it may well get longer; so this sentence has a date on it, and we print the date on the page.
What Kuaishou did before anyone else
Native 4K. Kling says it launched the feature on 23 April on the 3.0 series and calls it the world first native 4K video model. That is their claim and we attribute it to them, but its number has a real effect in our table: Kling beats the Seedance that leads the ranking in the resolution column.
What is not written here
Nothing about the Kuaishou short-video app, its revenue, the size of the company or the Chinese market. None of that comes out of the model documentation and none of it bears on choosing a tool.
What it is good at
- Kling is the most searched AI video name in Iran
- it shipped native 4K before its rivals and leads the resolution column of our table
- there is a free tier, so trying it costs nothing
- it publishes its speech language list explicitly, which the other three do not
Where it falls short
- Persian is not among its five speech languages, so Persian video needs a separate voice step.
- It publishes no supported-countries list, so the Iran column on this page reads unknown.
- Kling is absent from the Runway price list, so it cannot be compared in dollars with the other candidates.
- Payment is by international card only and an Iranian card does not clear its gateway.
Our take
If you are making instrumental or English video and resolution matters to you, Kling is a reasonable pick and the free tier is enough to test it. If you want Persian output with speech, this tool does not finish the job on its own.
