Shot length, which matters more than resolution

Both go to 4K, so the resolution column decides nothing. What decides it is how much video comes out of a single pass: 15 seconds on Kling, 8 on Veo. Under ten seconds means any ordinary shot has to be built in pieces and joined, and the join between two generated pieces is exactly where the character and the lighting drift.

One fact that catches both

Neither lists Persian among its speech languages. Kling, the only one of the two that publishes the list at all, names five: Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean and Spanish. Persian video with either of these means a separate voice pass.

Which one works from Iran

Neither has an official route. Google publishes a supported-countries list and Iran is not on it; Kuaishou publishes no such list for Kling, so we record its status as unchecked rather than open.

Which is more expensive

Not comparable, because Kuaishou does not publish a dollar rate per second for Kling. Veo 3.1 is priced on the Google API, and the standard version is $0.40 per second at 720p and 1080p and $0.60 per second at 4K.
